it's been vetoed by the governor *shakes fist* but it's going into the senate i believe....someone help a poor mathematician understand the ways of the government..

this was originally done for ~fresh4u as a thank you for her call, but i decided to use it for the front image to this message:
California Gov. Schwarzenegger's office is accepting calls from anywhere regarding their marriage equality bill. It passed both houses of their legislature, but needs the Governer's approval. It's all automated, so you don't have to talk to anyone.
Follow these directions:
1. Call the Governor: 916-445-2841 (This number is listed at [link])
2. Push: 2 (voice your opinion on legislation)
3. Push: 1 (gender-neutral marriage bill - Senate Bill 849)
4. And push: 1 to support marriage equality

they accept calls from ANYWHERE!!! so whether you're in california, or any other state or country, if you agree then please support!...if you can call long distance that is =p

i hope this is not against any TOS, if so i don't mind taking it down...but i thought the best way to reach more people is through you guys, my watchers~

i hope this doesn't somehow backfire and somehow garners opposers to call *frets*

i'll move to scraps as soon as it's over~

I'll certainly call- why should Massachussetts have all the constitutionally protected fun? But dude- the governor's website... all those pictures of Arnold everywhere, it just doesn't seem real! (I know it is but... man.)

I called earlier when I heard about it from someone else. I seriously hope it passes, because same sex couples deserve the right to marriage as much as straight couples do.
